Qigong Workshop - Shibashi Level 2

Today Master Cheung is returning to Barrie Tai Chi & Qigong to put on his Shibashi Level 2 workshop. It will be nice to see him again and hear all about his travels. I am expecting a modest group for the seminar so everyone should get plenty of individual attention and I hope everyone gains a deeper understanding of not only the Shibashi 2nd set but inner alchemy as well. I'll post a few pictures later in the week.
