Click on the link below to open our Youtube channel where we have posted dozens of videos to help students learn a little more about Tai Chi and Qigong. Some videos are demonstration videos and some are teaching videos. My goal is to have an online video resource that students can access in order to help them learn and digest as many nuances of the arts as possible. There's just so much to learn... it is almost imperative to have a way to revisit the lessons that we learn in class.
