Internal Arts Curriculum

Our club offers four distinct modalities of internal arts training to students so that each individual can choose one or multiple arts to study in order to evolve along their individual path.

Grading for rank levels, while not a traditional component of internal arts, has been incorporated within our club in order to standardize the curriculum and allow for recognition of a student's level of knowledge and achievement.

Certification is also available for those who wish to enter either of our instructor programs but it is not a requirement for membership or grading.

Select members may also be offered the opportunity to train for their Zongshu Instructor Honours which encompasses the totality of all the training offered within the club.
