The Shibashi workshop with Sifu Cheung was a success. Sifu took the students through a complete overview of the 2nd Shibashi set as well as a more in depth look at inner alchemy.

I heard on more than one occassion during the seminar that students were commenting on feeling like they had "Mickey Mouse" hands. One student had an overall qi experience that was more powerful than he had ever felt before in over 20 years of practice.
