What is Kyusho?
Kyusho literally means “vital point.”

Kyusho training is the cultivation of knowledge of the human body and how to influence it through skilled physical manipulation.

Kyusho can be used:

To enhance the efficacy of you martial techniques – Learn exactly what points are being hi-lighted within your forms (regardles of style) and know exactly how to hit them to create devastating effects on the opponent

As an effective healing modality. Accupressure has been used as a non-invasive energetic healing technique for centuries and can be used to deal with various health issues as well as increase overall energy and even enhance intimacy.

Kyusho training requires:

- An intimate knowledge of the human body, especially the nervous, circulatory and cardio vascular systems
- Diligent hands on practice to learn to find the various points and manipulate them successfully regardless of the situation or opponent’s body type
- A commitment to the art and your fellow students
- A desire to take your preferred martial art style to the highest level possible
