The 16 is a beautiful and graceful introductory set taught in order to introduce the beginner to specific forms and the corresponding circular and spiral energies. Additional focus will be placed on relaxation and the breath.

2    Wild horse partitions its mane 2x
3    White Crane spreads its wings
4    Brush knee 2x
5    Chop with back fist, deflect downward and punch
6    Withdraw, apparent close up and push
7    Single whip
8    High pat on horse
9    Play the fiddle
10    Repulse Monkey 2x
11    Fair lady works the shuttles
12    Pick up needle at sea bottom
13    Unfurl the fan
14    Wave hands like clouds x2
