Yang Long Form (108)

This classic set is taught world wide and practiced by millions. It is a complex set of forms that can take between 20 minutes to one hour to complete, dependant upon the focus and intent of the player. There are three parts to the set and each can be practiced or studied independant of the other parts. With the proper foundation and diligent practice one can learn this set in about six months. Mastery of the set, well... that will take a while longer :)

Additional focus will be directed towards the concept of Song (pronounced - shoong).
