Tai Chi Qigong 10 forms

Tai Chi Qigong 10 forms is a simplistic set of Qigong forms that is designed to introduce the student to Chi (Qi). It is based on movements that open and close the physical and energetic bodies and taps into spiral energy. At this point in the training we also introduce five breathing techniques, four of which are used within this qigong set.

1 - Qi is sunk to the Dan Tian
2 - Expand the chest to clean the body
3 - Pour qi into the baihui
4 - Left & right to push the mountains
5 - Settle the wrists and push the palms
6 - The large bear swims in the water
7 - Left & right to open the mountains
8 - The eagle attacks its prey
9 - Lion rotates the ball
10 - The white crane spreads its wings
