Tui Shou (Double Push Hands)

Often called "four hands" this training is a more complex form of sensing hands that requires the utmost concentration and awareness by the players.

With four hands training the student will learn to play with numerous and various incoming energies as the opponent tries to exploit any advantages that appear. In four hands training we strive to build up to a level of skill where the student can effectively neutralize all incoming energies while remaining centred, song and acutely aware.

The ultimate goal is to bring the lessons learned from the practice into your daily life regardless of how stressful any situation appears to be, in order to be a more peaceful, balanced and "wise" individual. (The definition of wise - "the proper and beneficial application of knowledge."
